The International Builders Show

As part of my work for the National Association of Home Builders, we recently traveled to Las Vegas for the International Builders Show.

Myself and one other editor collaborated to produce daily updates on location for display around the convention center and on the busses.

Operation Finally Home

These are some videos I worked on for events held at both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions. I edited them and was a camera operator for the Tampa video.

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the veterans, and helping to tell their stories was inspiring.

Easter Salad

My girlfriend and I were dying eggs for Easter. I brought my camera to take pictures, so we decided to experiment with stop-motion and came up with this.

It was a fun experience but also time consuming. 732 photos taken over the course of 4 hours using a Canon T3i with an 18-55mm kit lens, then combined in Final Cut Pro.

Six eggs were harmed in the making of this film (for egg-salad).

The Blame Game

Some friends of mine are getting ready to shoot another feature film this summer. I helped them shoot this video using my DIY steady-rig. Check out the video and if you can, help them out by checking out the project!

THE BLAME GAME is a dark comedy set in New York, which follows TOMMY, a playwright, struggling to make it on Broadway. One of his friends, Allie, invites him to a party she's throwing with a bunch of her successful "artsy" friends.

Tommy, hoping to make some contacts, maybe get inspired, or even just to get a meal, goes to the party. During the course of the night some strange events transpire in which a pair of dauchsunds is kidnapped, someone catches on fire, and one of the artists turns up dead. It's soon made apparent that one of the group is the murderer, which sets Tommy on a mission to discover which one of them it is.
